CCEDNet is pleased to announce our upcoming open enrolment Spring Leadership Training!
[CCEDNET=Canadian Community Economic Development Network] If you are considering professional development training for yourself or members of your staff team, we are thrilled to share a stellar opportunity to join a cohort of community change-makers who are fortifying their leadership practices to better move through what is required of us as leaders in 2022. This unique learning program is specifically designed for individuals helping to manage and lead social change and community-focused organizations. Through 6 sessions of supported and embodied learning that examine self-leadership, leading and understanding others, and leading within an organization, you can expect to emerge from the course energized, aligned, and equipped to harness your leadership to best effect.
But that’s not all. We have also designed an engaging and interactive 2.5-hour session to help leaders make sense of the rapid change we are all experiencing – Leading Through Change. The session will provide frameworks and approaches to help organizations, teams and individuals navigate effectively in this evolving environment. It will also introduce you to the Community Leadership Program, should you be interested in experiencing the program before enrolling for the Spring Leadership Training (CCEDNet Members will receive a discount)!

For whom: This course is for those wanting an introduction to the full 6-session Community Leadership Program training and/or those who are looking to inspire and deepen their leadership practice.
To explore the dynamic changes we are experiencing in our leadership roles
To examine two different frameworks that will help us and our teams to better navigate change
To collectively share change management strategies and approaches
Limited Capacity: Please note that space is limited and each session will be capped at 30 people to ensure each participant has a high quality, engaging and impactful experience. If the sessions are booked, please contact Adriana Zylinski to be placed on a waiting list.
