Event Details

NASCO’s Staff & Member Leadership Convening will take place June 22-24, 2022. This event is designed specifically to meet the needs of staff, managers, and member-leaders of group equity and campus-based housing cooperatives.

The theme for this year’s convening is Human Resources. The event will be held virtually with 2-3 sessions per day.

Session topics include:

  • HR Standards for Co-ops
  • Building Trust Between Staff and Members
  • Co-op Staff Roles & Responsibilities
  • Planning for Turnover
  • Peer Consultation
  • Networking/ socials

Registration Rates:

  • Members – $50
  • Nonmembers – $120
