Current Issues in Strategy for Agricultural Cooperatives

This article discusses issues in building cohesive and effective strategy within an agricultural cooperative including heterogenity of members (not necessarily naturally aligned), understanding the broader industry context, getting the human resources aspect of the firm correct and others.
