NWCDC staff and special guests will talk about the value of using co-ops to build stronger local economies.
About this Event
Join us for a 90 minute discussion on the co-op model and why economic development staff and elected local officials should support co-op development as a means of building more resilient local and regional economies. We will discuss how cities can use co-ops to rebuild out the pandemic in a more resilient and sustainable model through community ownership and worker co-ops. Guest speakers include success stories from Washington and across the nation. This event is part of NWCDC’s Give Big Washington campaign.
